2022 VCJGA Players Championship - April 2-3, 2022
The 15th Annual VCJGA Player's Championship was played again at La Purisima Golf Course in Lompoc. Blessed with very good weather over the 2 days the competitors battled through the tough golf course conditions to crown our newest champions.
In the Championship division San Luis Obispo's, Cooper Groshart, took the victory shooting 77-71-148. Runners up Gavin McCormick 79-71-149, Kemper Wilson 74-75-149. Followed by Emilio Huerta 82-71-153, Carson Diaz 77-76-153, Dylan Burcham 74-79-153, and Nicky Benton77-76-153. For full Championship boys results click here.
In the Championship Girls division Arroyo Grande's, Isabella Gunasayan prevailed shooting 76-78-154. Runner up Abby Kim 85-82-167, followed by Simran Nadig 83-87-170. For Championship Girls leaderboard results click here.
In the Boys 11-14 division Westlake Village's, Graham Christopher shot a two round 78-78-156 to take home the trophy. Peter Jen placed second place shooting 77-83-160. In third place Austin Downing 83-78-161. For Boys 11-14 division leaderboard results click here.
